Just like there is likely not a “one-size fits all” approach to serve your customers, our customers deserve the exact engagement model that brings them the most value.

All our work is executed utilizing a “Fractional” approach – an either 1, 2, 3 or 4 day a week per month arrangement that meet your specific business needs and priorities.

Partial Leadership – when you still need the expertise to ensure results are delivered!

During times when you simply do not need (or can’t afford) a full-time experienced Delivery Leader, we are your partner. This engagement model works equally well in situations of growth, scaling back or simply “maintaining”.

Supplemental Leadership – when you need additional expertise to ensure results are delivered

This engagement model works well in situations where you already have Delivery Leadership in place, but could benefit from additional outside expertise. Partnering with your current leadership team has two critical benefits for you:

• Ensuring delivery results by providing additional outside expertise & oversight

• Growing, stretching, coaching and mentoring your team to be prepared for future challenges

Interim Leadership – when you need temporary (and likely urgent) delivery expertise

There are two very common scenarios that you will be undoubtedly faced with at some point:

• Your Delivery Leader has just resigned

•  Your Delivery Leader just didn’t work out

In both cases you are scrambling to ensure delivery continues and you need to be looking for the right, new leader – this takes time and is a highly stressful situation! 

We are your partner to hit the ground running, take over the reins right away and can be utilized in the recruiting process to ensure your new delivery leader has the right background to be successful in your specific environment. And of course we will guarantee a smooth transition when the time comes.
